Allreal acquires plot spanning around 5,000 square metres in Sünikon-Steinmaur ZH
Glattpark, 4 July 2022: At the end of June 2022, Allreal signed the purchase agreements for a plot spanning 4,916 square metres in Sünikon-Steinmaur ZH. The transfer of ownership is expected to take place in autumn 2022. As it stands, there are three properties on the plot – two that are empty and one that will be occupied until the end of 2023. Allreal plans to start developing residential property on the plot in 2024 at the earliest.
At the end of June 2022, Allreal signed two purchase agreements with a private seller for three plots or a total area of 4,916 square metres in Sünikon-Steinmaur in the Canton of Zurich. The transfer of ownership is expected to take place in September 2022, depending on contractual arrangements.
The plot on Hohlgasse/Regensbergerstrasse and Neubrunnenstrasse in the centre of Sünikon is in an elevated position with a good view and plenty of sunshine.
Allreal is planning to develop residential property on the plot, but it is yet to be decided if this will involve apartment buildings/condominiums or houses. A feasibility study is in the pipeline as a starting point for further planning. The investment volume amounts to approximately CHF 35 million.
