In German-speaking Switzerland, Allreal manages most of the properties in its portfolio. The Real Estate Management department is the first port of call for any technical questions or concerns about the commercial processes involved in renting one of our residential or commercial spaces.

Allreal’s trusted teams are knowledgeable and happy to help. The teams are also supported by an accounting specialist to ensure that all services can be provided professionally and promptly with as little red tape as possible. The internal quality management system ensures that existing processes are regularly monitored, reviewed and updated where necessary.

The Allreal Real Estate Management department takes care of property viewings and the acceptance and handover processes, issues bills for heating and incidental costs, secures payment transactions, and arranges maintenance and renovation work.

In Romandie, Allreal works with an external management company on the administrative side of real estate management, focusing itself on property viewings, handover and acceptance paperwork, tenant relations and the organisation and performance of maintenance and renovation work.

Allreal is also responsible for managing all the technical aspects of its buildings, relying on a dedicated team that is in a department of its own at Allreal.
