Our history
Allreal is a leading real estate and construction company with roots in the general contracting business of the former Oerlikon-Bührle Immobilien AG. Since 2000, we have been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange as an independent company and have been successfully active in real estate development and management in Switzerland.
With a portfolio of around CHF 5 billion and projects such as the Richti site in Wallisellen, the Escher Wyss site in Zurich and the Bülachguss, Allreal has established itself as a reliable partner for urban site development. Since 2021, we have also been successfully implementing our model in western Switzerland.
A current milestone is the Vitus site in Winterthur – a former industrial site steeped in history that Allreal is transforming into a future-oriented tech campus with urban use. Temporary uses are already revitalizing the site and creating space for innovation, work, and encounters.
