Every accident is one too many. That is why we have always invested in safety on our construction sites. A team of several people is responsible for all measures relating to occupational health and safety.
At least once a month, we carry out an unannounced safety audit on one of our construction sites. Since these safety checks were introduced around 10 years ago, safety risks and the number of accidents on our construction sites have fallen significantly.
In French-speaking Switzerland, our realisation team also regularly conducts safety events on construction sites, which are attended by all companies involved in the construction project.
