Every accident is one too many. That is why we have always invested in safety on our construction sites. A team of several people is responsible for all measures relating to occupational health and safety.
At least once a month, we carry out an unannounced safety audit on one of our construction sites. Since these safety checks were introduced around 10 years ago, safety risks and the number of accidents on our construction sites have fallen significantly.
In French-speaking Switzerland, our realisation team also regularly conducts safety events on construction sites, which are attended by all companies involved in the construction project.
Commitment to the Safety Charter
Allreal is a signatory to the Suva Safety Charter and is thus clearly committed to a culture of safety and responsibility on all construction sites. The charter stands for the common goal of preventing accidents and creating safe working conditions for everyone involved.
Our employees and partners are obliged to comply with the principles of the charter – because safety starts with each individual. We consistently act according to the motto: “Stop in case of danger – safety comes first.”
