With the Baarermatte development, Allreal is realizing an innovative new construction project in Baar, Canton of Zug, with 114 modern condominiums and over 6,000 m² of flexible office space. The sustainable development meets the highest ecological standards thanks to its timber construction, minimal use of concrete, energy-efficient building services, and large-scale photovoltaic systems. Strubenacher Living residential development with 19 terraced houses in Zumikon, Canton of Zurich
Allreal is planning a residential development comprising a total of 19 terraced houses built to the Minergie-Eco standard on a site measuring around 4,500 square meters at Strubenacher in Zumikon, Canton of Zurich. The planned residential development consists of two rows of houses arranged one behind the other; with the central space serving as both an access point and a meeting place. The terraced houses are designed and sold as owner-occupied properties. To develop the project, the company commissioned a study involving four architectural firms, with the project by the consortium of Mathis Kamplade Architekten and Theres Hollenstein Architektur from Zurich emerging as the winner.
Panorama Eggen residential development in Lucerne
Allreal is constructing a five-storey apartment building with 73 owner-occupied flats ranging from 2½ to 5½ rooms on the approximately 8,400 square metre Eggen site in Lucerne's Büttenen district. Construction began in early 2025 and completion is scheduled for autumn 2027.
Own project: Allreal is realising a four-floor apartment building with 13 condominiums on Avenue du Curé-Baud in Lancy (GE). Building work has started and completion is planned for 2026.
