Application
You send your complete application documents (CV and relevant certificates) for the desired position by email to personal@allreal.ch
We will check your documents within a week. If everything fits, we will invite you to a personal interview.
First interview
In an initial personal interview, we have the opportunity to get to know each other better and find out whether we are a good fit.
Online assessment
If it's right for you and for us, we will then carry out an online assessment if necessary. The purpose of the assessment is to evaluate your professional skills.
Second interview
In a second interview, you will have the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the job and the team.
Contract offer
If we are convinced by you and you are convinced by us, we will make you a corresponding contract offer.
