More than a compass

We have set out binding rules and principles in our Code of Conduct. They apply to internal and external cooperation. Our Code of Conduct is our compass in our day-to-day work and is actively put into practice – unconditionally. Violations are punished consistently and sanctioned if necessary. There is only one approach to violations of the law or our Code of Conduct: zero tolerance!

Employees are familiar with our binding rules and principles. This is ensured by annual training on a selected area of the Code of Conduct, with which we raise awareness among our employees of important issues, strengthen their identification with our principles and promote their implementation in day-to-day work.

Information about possible violations can be submitted anonymously on an external platform.
