Allreal Holding AG has a total of eight bonds outstanding on the capital market.
The total issue volume of the bonds issued amounts to CHF 1,335 million and all bonds are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
Green Bonds
Sustainability issues are taken into account in Allreal's debt financing. Of the eight bonds mentioned above, two are green bonds. In April 2023, we issued our first green bond for an amount of CHF 150 million with a term until 2028. We plan to continue to pursue the path of green financing and be active on the capital market in the future.
