Allreal Holding AG has a total of eight bonds outstanding on the capital market.
The total issue volume of the bonds issued amounts to CHF 1,280 million and all bonds are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
Green Bonds
Sustainability aspects play an important role in Allreal's debt financing. In April 2023, we successfully placed our first green bond. Since then, we have been consistently driving forward the expansion of our sustainable financing strategy and will continue to be actively present on the capital market in the future.
