Project development

Our 10-strong project development team offers the entire range of services from a single source: from the initial idea to the build-ready project with fair market-driven returns and optimum added value. We develop projects of various sizes for our own portfolio and on behalf of third parties, as well as for sale as condominiums.

Sonnentalstrasse 8 – A new impetus for Dübendorf

A modern residential and commercial development with around 300 residential units is to be built on Sonnentalstrasse 8 by 2033 – sustainable, socially responsible and architecturally pioneering. The project is based on a well-thought-out block structure with open courtyards and a pavilion that promote urban life and encounters. A future-oriented project for a vibrant, diverse neighborhood.

Sünikon-Steinmaur – Living with a view

In the midst of the rural idyll of Sünikon-Steinmaur, Allreal is planning to develop a high-quality residential project with 40 condominiums. The designed ensemble blends harmoniously into the existing village center and impresses with modern architecture, a natural environment and a beautiful hillside location with a view.

CO2neutral high-rise building on Badenerstrasse in Zurich

Allreal is planning a 40-metre-tall building with 65 rental apartments and commercial spaces at Badenerstrasse 501–505 in Zurich Altstetten. For the project, we carried out a study contract involving five architecture firms. At the end of October 2022, the judging panel recommended that the project should proceed on the basis of the plans submitted by Michael Meier und Marius Hug Architekten from Zurich. In addition to its central location, the high-rise residential building boasts a photovoltaic system with solar collectors installed both on the roof and on the entire facade – for completely carbon-neutral operation of the building. The project was developed in-house and is also being built by us. Construction is scheduled to start in 2026, with completion in 2028.
