3% bond issue 2023-2028
Allreal Holding AG issued a fixed-rate bond of CHF 150.0 million in the second quarter of 2023. CHF 149.6 million accrued to the company from the issue of the 3% bond 2023–2028 with payment date 19 April 2023 after deduction of issuing costs.
