Stephan Widrig becomes the new CEO of Allreal

Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

Glattpark, 27 October 2022: The Board of Directors of Allreal Holding AG has appointed Stephan Widrig (*1972, CH) as the new CEO of Allreal. He will join the company on 1 May 2023.

Stephan Widrig, lic.rer.publ. HSG, has held various management positions for the listed company Flughafen Zürich AG since 1999 and, as its CEO, has been responsible for the successful operational management of the airport operator since 2015.

During his employment at Flughafen Zürich AG, he was responsible for real estate management and as a member of the Executive Board, he was responsible for all non-aviation business areas, including real estate. From 2015, he assumed overall responsibility for the company as CEO.

In Stephan Widrig, Allreal Group is gaining a proven real estate expert with many years of experience in development, construction and property management. In addition, Stephan Widrig has an impressive track record and many years of leadership experience in managing a listed company.

The Board of Directors of Allreal Holding AG is therefore confident that Stephan Widrig will consistently drive forward the development of Allreal Group and looks forward to working with him.

Stephan Widrig succeeds Roger Herzog (*1972, CH), who announced his resignation earlier and is stepping down from Group Management at the end of March 2023.
