The Blumenhaus (flower house) on the Escher-Wyss site in Zurich was realised by Allreal in 2016 and designed by Dutch architecture firm Wiel Arets Architects. The striking aluminium façade with a floral pattern gives the building an unmistakable appearance. The ground floor contains office and commercial space, while the upper floors contain stylish rental apartments. Its central location near the Hardbrücke bridge ensures excellent accessibility and an urban, lively environment.
