Allreal is building a six-storey apartment building with 21 rental apartments at Renggerstrasse 3 in Zurich Wollishofen. The project was developed by Allreal and is currently being realized by our own construction experts. Construction began last year and will continue until spring 2026, when the apartments will be handed over to the new tenants.
