Music, creativity and festival flair in front of our properties on the Escher-Wyss site

On March 28 and 29, 2025, Schiffbauplatz in Zurich will once again become the center of the Swiss music scene: the M4music festival will bring together artists, creatives and music enthusiasts from across the country – and we will once again have the honor of hosting this special event.

Our property at Schiffbaustrasse 2 not only provided the urban setting for concerts, talks and encounters, but also a stage for innovation, culture and exchange. For two days, a lively festival atmosphere prevailed around Schiffbauplatz – with beats, inspiration and a great community.

For us as owners, it is always impressive to see how versatile and vibrant our sites can be used. The M4music Festival is a prime example of how urban spaces can be filled with cultural life, creating completely new perspectives.

We are delighted that our properties once again served as a stage for this special event. We were on hand to capture the festival atmosphere – here are some of the best impressions!
