Allreal has received a building permit for a new residential property on Badenerstrasse in Zurich’s Altstetten district. The property will feature 65 rental apartments and commercial space. Thanks to an innovative structural system and a reduced basement volume, construction will be low-emission, and the building will operate in a carbon-neutral manner thanks to photovoltaic systems.

At Renggerstrasse 3 in Zurich Wollishofen, 21 rental apartments have been built to the Minergie-ECO standard. A targeted replacement project creates high-quality living space with contemporary architecture, well-thought-out floor plans, and an attractive location near Lake Zurich.
Shareholders approved all the proposals put forward by the Board of Directors at the 27th annual general meeting of Allreal Holding AG. In addition to a distribution of CHF 7.00 in total per share, all members of the Board of Directors who had stood for re-election were also confirmed at the annual general meeting. Philipp Gmür is the new Chair of the Board of Directors. With the election of Beat Fellmann and Martin Frischknecht, Allreal is continuing the gradual renewal of the committee.
Allreal’s net profit increased by 3.7% to CHF 219.3 million. The valuation of the portfolio was again slightly higher compared with the previous year, while the operating performance was the same as the previous year’s level. For the financial year 2026, Allreal expects a higher net operating profit and stable balance sheet figures.
