Shareholders approved all the proposals put forward by the Board of Directors at the 27th annual general meeting of Allreal Holding AG. In addition to a distribution of CHF 7.00 in total per share, all members of the Board of Directors who had stood for re-election were also confirmed at the annual general meeting. Philipp Gmür is the new Chair of the Board of Directors. With the election of Beat Fellmann and Martin Frischknecht, Allreal is continuing the gradual renewal of the committee.
Allreal’s net profit increased by 3.7% to CHF 219.3 million. The valuation of the portfolio was again slightly higher compared with the previous year, while the operating performance was the same as the previous year’s level. For the financial year 2026, Allreal expects a higher net operating profit and stable balance sheet figures.

The construction site shows how existing structures can be transformed into high-quality residential and commercial space.
At the Baarermatte construction site, Allreal is demonstrating how concrete elements can be reused in practice. Existing components are dismantled with precision, carefully inspected, and reused in the new building—a challenging process that combines circular thinking with responsible construction.
Allreal acquired the office building in the centre of Geneva from an institutional investor. The property is located within walking distance of Genève-Cornavin railway station, placing it right on one of the city’s main traffic corridors.
