At the Baarermatte construction site, Allreal is demonstrating how concrete elements can be reused in practice. Existing components are dismantled with precision, carefully inspected, and reused in the new building—a challenging process that combines circular thinking with responsible construction.
Allreal acquired the office building in the centre of Geneva from an institutional investor. The property is located within walking distance of Genève-Cornavin railway station, placing it right on one of the city’s main traffic corridors.
Allreal acquires the northern site of the “Gartenstadt Köschenrüti” development project in Zurich Seebach from the pension fund of Rheinmetall. Allreal was commissioned to develop the site as a service developer back in 2021. Last year, the Group was also awarded the contract as total contractor for the realisation of the project.
