An effective and transparent corporate culture forms the basis of sustainable development at Allreal. The Board of Directors and Group Management are responsible for systematically integrating ESG aspects, as well as complying with high standards in the areas of ethics, integrity and compliance. The fundamental principles of the collaboration are anchored in the Code of Conduct and the Supplier’s Code of Conduct. Allreal also addresses strategically relevant topics such as participation and stakeholder involvement, as well as digitalisation and cyber security.

Embedding sustainability in the organisational structure
Sustainable action and responsible corporate governance shape the way Allreal thinks and works. Sustainability is an integral component of the corporate strategy and corporate culture. Ultimate responsibility for sustainability lies with the Board of Directors, which decides the sustainability strategy and monitors its implementation and development. The sustainability department reports directly to the CEO.
In 2025, the integration of sustainability in the company was strengthened further. In addition to the further organisational anchoring, sustainability topics were individually integrated into target systems and training formats, as well as central processes and procedures.
Code of Conduct
In the Code of Conduct, Allreal explicitly commits to responsible and sustainable corporate governance. Among other things, it comprises the topics of integrity, non-discrimination, data protection and confidentiality, workplace health and safety, environmental protection, and compliance with human rights.
No legal proceedings were filed against Allreal during the year, nor were any penalties or fines imposed. There were also no breaches of information security.
Procurement structure
During the 2025 reporting year, 99.1% of work by project volume was placed with companies and suppliers based in Switzerland. Allreal thereby contributes to short supply chains and regional value creation, as well as high transparency in the procurement processes.
Whistleblower hotline and continuous improvement
Allreal provides employees and external stakeholder groups with an independent external notification body to which they can anonymously report suspected or identified breaches of law that is in force, internal guidelines or the Code of Conduct.
In addition to the external notification body, Allreal also works with an independent Swiss centre addressing bullying and harassment. The centre is on hand to advise employees and members of Group Management who are concerned about signs of bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace, with anonymity maintained at all times.
No justified indications or reports via the external notification body or the Swiss centre addressing bullying and harassment were recorded in the reporting year.
