Social

The social topics of Allreal’s sustainability strategy concentrate on four areas: development of high-quality living spaces, a modern management and corporate culture, systematic implementation of workplace health and safety and promotion of diversity and equal opportunities. All goals are listed with measurable indicators and are systematically reviewed along the entire value chain.

Employment conditions and working environment

Allreal takes a fair, transparent and standardised approach to recruitment. The objective is to ensure stable, fair and attractive working conditions, as well as discrimination-free structures, and to continuously strengthen the attractiveness of the company as an employer. All payments, offers of personal development and work-related benefits are provided to all employees, regardless of whether they work full time or part time. The conditions of employment are based on uniform employment law standards. External analyses on equal pay are carried out regularly in order to ensure fair remuneration structures.

Training and development of skills

Allreal takes a structured and systematic approach to staff development and ensures that all employees have equal access to training and development offerings, regardless of their function or whether they work full time or part time.

In the reporting year, Allreal invested CHF 254,489 in employee training and education. This is equivalent to an average of CHF 1,136 per employee. As well as ongoing staff development, Allreal employed three commercial apprentices in 2025 and plans to offer more apprenticeships in future.

Workplace health and safety

Allreal makes workplace health and safety a high priority owing to risks typical for the industry in the construction, development and management environment. Its objective is to prevent accidents in the workplace, ensure safe working conditions and strengthen the physical and mental wellbeing of employees. This is done via binding safety standards, regular training courses and systematic controls, as well as health and prevention services.

During the course of the reporting year, the individuals responsible for workplace health and safety conducted a total of 12 unannounced site audits and recorded their findings. Safety risks were identified in 3.1% of all shortcomings. Together with the site managers concerned, the necessary measures were put in place immediately to remedy these risks.

In the reporting year, one person died and two subcontractors suffered serious work-related injuries on Allreal’s building sites. This illustrates the relevance of systematically recording accidents on building sites – including those involving workers not employed by Allreal. This helps to make safety risks in construction and renovation projects more transparent.
